When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process all orders between 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long will delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days. Some items may ship separately if sourced from different locations.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK - but we're working on expanding!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, Paypal, and Shop Pay for convenience and security.
What is your returns policy?
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
